What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You simply pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep — no card or online payment required.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available in most cities across Pakistan. If COD isn’t available for your specific area, our team will contact you to arrange the best alternative.

How long do refunds take?
Since payments are made via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash transfer to your provided account, processed within 5–7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 6 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
