Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 6 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is not damaged, altered, or missing any parts
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, let us know when requesting your return — we’ll arrange an exchange wherever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 6 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
